Deposit To secure your reservation we require a 30% deposit of the total invoice. The balance must be paid within 30 days prior to arrival. Payment can be made in any currency. A refundable damage/key deposit of 100 euros per accommodation is also required with final payment. We reserve the right to treat the booking as canceled if we do not receive the balance by the due date. In the event of a cheque not being honoured by the bank on which it is drawn the relevant administration and bank charges are to be paid by the client. Preparing for your Trip We count on our travellers to be physically healthy and fit. We strongly advise you read all of the pre-trip information we send you in regards to: what to bring, predicted weather conditions, social etiquette, health and safety etc.
Cancellations Cruz Tours Limited strictly adheres to its cancellation policy and cannot make exceptions. If for a certain reason you are forced to cancel your trip/accommodation with us, our policy is clear and straightforward: More than 30 days prior to departure: we will refund your deposit less a 30 Euro administration fee per person. Less than 30 days, we do not forward refunds. Cruz Tours Limited is not responsible for expenses incurred in the eventuality of cancelled trips, such as airline tickets. There is no refund for arriving late or leaving a trip/accommodation early. Payment Terms Payment may be made to Cruz Tours Limited by cheque made payable to Cruz Tours Limited in sterling (pounds) or Bank Transfer to Cruz Tours Limited in any currency. |
